Project Overview

Chiropractic care is commonly used by people seeking relief from physical discomfort and improvements in posture and body alignment. As more patients search for healthcare services online, a clinic’s website often becomes the first point of contact when they look for information about treatments and booking options.
However, many healthcare websites can be difficult to navigate, especially for older users or those unfamiliar with complex digital interfaces. When information is cluttered or hard to find, users may struggle to access what they need.

This project aimed to design a simple and accessible chiropractic clinic website that can be easily used by people of all ages. By focusing on clear information, intuitive navigation, and a clean layout, the website helps users quickly understand the clinic’s services and book an appointment with ease.

Reserch

The project began with an exploration of the current market and user needs. I conducted a competitive market analysis of four other local chiropractic clinic, Couvehealth, Myodetox, The Chiro Culture and intouch chiropractic.

The sitemap for the website was relatively simple to keep the user experience intuitive.

Low-fidelity wireframes

Low-fidelity wireframes were created to explore the basic layout and structure of the website.
This stage focused on organizing key information and establishing a clear user flow before moving into visual design.

Mid-fidelity wireframes

Once the basic structure was established, I progressed to mid-fidelity wireframes.
